I didn't necessarily go all out and everywhere in SoCal yet but just the messages and love that I'm getting from both families from up North and here is amazing lol each and every message has not been ignored which has led to threads of texts, aim messages, and twitters.
I finally took the time to read others' blogs and statuses on facebook since... yes... i do want to keep updated with others in their busy times as well. But first thing's first...
The shoes that Phil and On Point got for me when I visited fresno are sick..
with all of the inside jokes and sayings that we've said and heard ever since we've worked and met back in March 21st =) Thank you for this and I will definitely rock em hard here at the studios.next, thanks to everyone who messaged me and either welcomed me back or made sure I was ok when the Earthquake hit southern california yesterday lol. Like I said to a few people already... it's kind of sad that the first thing I was trying to save was the big screen tv... i held down my laptop with one hand and held onto the screen lol
that's a picture of my desk right now and yes i know it's messy, yes that's a mario mushroom, and yes it's a picture of this blog, and YES i'm watching the news that's why there's a creeper old man on the screen lol btw i watch the news because i like hearing the lame jokes that come out of the news reporters' mouth. just because there isn't an audience to laugh at their jokes, doesn't make it less funny. lol anyway...so i woke up and felt like doing some business texts with choreographers and studios. i think that i do business early in the morning because I know that most people are still asleep and i won't get replies until a little later lol sneaky sneaky like the way the butler says it on mr. deeds... if you get me then high five =)
i'm not used to having a tv right next to me since i DON'T watch tv too often when i was in norcal... so it's a little distracting to have and blog at the same time lol. what i find most interesting is that in Stockton, I try my best to go to city events but I've yet to take that initiative in SoCal just beacuse there's just always moments where I just want to hang out with people. I was just watching the news and they're having some things happening in the city and I want to go to them =) it's all in the matter of others' availability now!
finally... a rant:
as i was making my lunch earlier and mixing together this noodle mix, i remembered how i was making this at someone else's house and they started critiquing me on what I was doing and said that if i drop this plastic sauce wrapper into the pot, i can die of plastic poisoning or SOMETHING like that and i just had to stop and realize that I'm hearing this from someone who drinks every night til he passes out in his tub or just drunk and puking off the side of his bed... i'm two sided on this...
there's the side that's the "not being hypocritical" and you should really practice what you preach since most people are more convinced and take advice from someone who's not also doing the same thing.
but then there's the parental nature of "do as i say, not as i do" rule where experience takes prescedents over those who haven't done something so those who have dealt with the bad just wants to warn the new with the consequences or whatever. like my friends who smoke but tells me not to smoke. those who roll but insist that i should never get into that. yeah... i really do appreciate it.
yet i still think it's best that one experiences something on their own based off their own intuition and still well aware of their consequences and knows how to react to them.
yeah... in this case though... dying because of a certain intake. maybe i'd prefer to die to plastic poisoning (sounds weird) over dyin drunk. iono. lol it's like hearing a drug addict giving advice about not doing something because it'll ruin my health and wellbeing. yup
and now i'm sleepy off food coma.
zzz
here are some fun pics =)
this is how i feel at the moment since everyone's studying and i'm just kinda goofing around lol
this is the spicy tuna roll i ordered. very artsy but it had no rice =(
