Topic #21 What’s the single most important thing you accomplished in 2010? And how do you plan to top it in 2011?

The single most thing that I was able to accomplish in 2010 was to land a job within a month that has the benefits and room for advancement and growth. I'm not completely happy with it but I'm honestly really happy with my decision to stay and work towards wherever I need to be. I'm still focused on getting to upper management by the end of this year if not land a better paying job elsewhere with my accruing experience.
